Just going to post a couple of my latest workouts. I got bronchitis and so haven’t been to the gym since.
My head is still not all clear and i’m still coughing stuff up, but I FEEL better, so i’m going to give it a go at the gym tonight, probably something not quite as taxing, like delts and arms. I hope all goes well, I’m tired of having to have time out of the gym!
