is dedicated to helping you build
your best body! A phrase many will recognize as common among
Body-for-LIFE enthusiasts world around.

My name is Jim Goodman and Body-for-LIFE guided me through one of the most incredible 12 weeks of my life back in 2004.
Taking an overweight and unhealthy individual like myself and transformed me physically and mentally. Not only did become healthy, but mentally I became sharp, professionally I became more bold and confident and in my faith more passionate.

Body-for-LIFE not only did that for me, but my wife Tonia as well. No
energy, tired and lethargic discovered a “new” reborn person in just 12
weeks. But 12 weeks wasn’t the end, 12 weeks was just the beginning. Since that first challenge, Tonia has taken the road to figure competition
and I have become an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, consulting and training
people from all over the world. I also hosted Alive and Fit LIVE internet radio program heard on TPSradio.net

In addition I was Subject Matter Expert for Bill Phillips on his original Transformation and Eating for LIFE Message Centers and Tonia was on stand-by for Bill’s Television Show.

That brings us to Alive and Fit. The name states the purpose, the
goal and the motivation to get there.

The goal is simple, to provide solid
information to help one feel alive and become fit thereby increasing
quality of life. The concepts go from basic health and wellness to
complete body composition change aka Physique Transformation

    This is the very subject, along with exercise, and supplementation, that we have developed our website about. Our diet, for almost a year now has been weightwatchers, and that diet advocates portion control, along with the right amounts of protein, good “carbs”, and fiber. It is amazing how you can lose weight by eating the right amounts of the right kind of food. It is really not that hard to do, because you just buy regular food at the grocery, and start eating properly. We all know that America is so overweight due to the portions that are served in restaurants, as well as “eating like a pig” at home. Healthy diets are sooo important as you age, as we have discovered.
