    Jim,
The same format or whatever you choose. You gave some good info and encouragement. When you and Tonia were on together it was great.I loved being able to interact via the net. That was the sole reason i bought an mp3 player. If it is something you want to do again go fir it.We will listen.

Craig you flatter me – I’d love to do it again. Can’t believe you bought an Mp3 player just for the podcasts, very cool. I do have the equipment still and would only need to find a provider to do it. I’ll do some digging and see what is out there.

    Thanks again!

I really did enjoy the show too. . .my ipod broke, so I don’t know if I could listen as much. . .but, I loved it all the same!

Thanks Jerianne for the input and I am glad you loved the show.

I’d love to hear from everyone, what was about it you liked the most? If I was to do it again, what changes should I make?

What I enjoyed the most was when you dealt with topics to help in the process of the journey.Whether it was goalsetting, meal planning,EFL,BFL,intensity, etc.You could sense the passion in what you were sharing.I could always tell you wanted to help and encourage others. Not on some ego trip.

The times with you and Tonia were great. You could feel th ralness as you guess talked about stuff or joked with each other.(Admit it you really do need her,but I think you already know that)

The interaction with us on the net was great. It was fun and neat to help drive the show.
Also the Challenges and reading the post onlime showed the real struggles and victories people were having.

The news and views were ok but I feel your strongest suite is on helping and encouraging others.
HOPE THAT WASN’T TO MUCH INFO.YOU DID ASK THOUGH.

    Jim,
I listened to your first show today.I don’t think you realze how far you came. The best part about all of them was how you cared for those whom you wanted to get a hold of health. Thanks

Hey Craig – I am around off and on. Been terribly swamped. I am glad to read you missed me :)

I have listened to that first show and I am totally embarrassed by it. Definitely nervous as all get out. The show did evolve nicely and was on the way to being something special.

OK – so haven’t stopped by in a while – I agree with Craig on the show… it was so informative…. I use to work out and then lay on the mats and listen to it… it was cool to be able to call in and share our experiences with you guys as well. I don’t know what ever happened to Kevin T but I remember his call in and his story was amazing. Wonder what happened to him!!

Anyway – I think a show would be great…. I did enjoy the interaction on line as well. I agree that I wasn’t as taken by the news and views (although that was informative too) as I was your perspective on training and food. I have never been more on track – I know that is a lot of pressure but it was another form of support that is not offered anywhere…

I would enjoy doing a new show I think – I have to only set up the equipment, plug in and do it.

    Thanks for the encouragement.

Jim, I saw you coment (SMP’S site)about Guatemala and not being able to go back.
I go to SMP’s church, I am from Guatemala and we are in the process of getting people to go w/ us (starting a mission) and do something down there for the glory of God.
I have a house down there so that is covered, food, transportation and a willing heart is what every one else has to provide. Once everything is up and running and if you ae intrested, let me know and I will keep you posted.

    Be blessed

Jim I was wondering if you would be a judge at our show here in Norfolk, July 11th, 2009? Being our first show we would like to fill it with friendly familiar faces! Let me know as soon as possible. Thank you,

    Rene

    Hey Jim!

I was just showing you and Tonia off to some people here in the office and thought I would drop a quick hello! I hope your work travel is going well and come home safe. Your wife is lonely without you! ;) We posed yesterday together and it went really well! I got a new pose for the right stage t-walk. Im excited! Now only if I could remember how I did it, lol!
Anyways… I bug you enough everyday, just thought I would finish it with a cherry on top!
I’ll see you when you get back :) ~

Jim, you are a stud. end of story.

  23. May 11, 2009 at 6:22 pm

LOL – Lydon coming from you that was funny!

Seriously, I am really glad you got to come to the show and see Natasha take the ‘big prize’. She is lucky to have a stud like you to be in her corner, encouraging her to reach for it. Believe it or not a lot of ladies don’t have supportive or even ‘give a rip’ husbands. Hats off to you for being one of the good guys.
