Jennifer Williams, Jerianne Foy and Tonia Goodman

All three embarked on the own BFL challenge then cranked it up a notch with Alive and Fit custom competition plan to take the stage in a figure competition.

Body-for-LIFE requires roughly 4 hours per week in activity and maybe another hour for meal planning! Get the foundations via BFL, it all starts there – simply, efficiently and lessons necessary for the next level.
